Things to do in La Guajira Colombia:

Don’t forget to try the delicious local cuisine. Try friche, iguana stewed with coconut, goat stewed in coconut milk, rice with shrimps, malangada, stingray fish, shark salpicón, sweet papaya, chirrinchi, with these you will experience the authentic flavours of La Guajira.
