Please take this information into account before purchasing a tour or service with us:
– Once the air ticket has been issued, if the traveller cancels his/her attendance to the trip, there will be no refund of money for this, which will be delivered to be used for one year from the date of issue, the conditions of changes that the airline has apply.
– Animal sightings are not assured in any of the activities. Wildlife sightings are made in certain places based on the records of sighting reports of those species, however, we cannot guarantee a 100% sighting; it depends on the behaviour of the animals.
– If the passenger does not want to take any of the activities on the itinerary, there will be no refund.
Cancellation policies:
– Cancellation 30 days or more prior to departure is entitled to an 80% refund.
– Cancellation between 29 and 5 days prior to departure is entitled to a 50% refund.
– Cancellation between 4 days prior to departure or failure to arrive at the scheduled time of departure for any reason not attributable to you will not be reimbursed.
– When the cancellation of the trip is caused by a serious situation, illness or accident, 80% of the total amount will be reimbursed, subject to prior medical certification.
– If the postponement of the trip is not reported, i.e. the trip is not presented at the destination, it cannot be rescheduled and the cost of the clause will be 100% of the value of the plan.
